Good for what I paid,,,very reasonable rates

I have arrived on 10 checked by 4 pm and the staff first give me a very old room full of cigarette and dirty when I requested for another one he gave me another room but it’s also very dirty and full of dust everywhere and they asked me to pay extra 100 dh like I pad for the room 39 euro not 27 I was chocked when I asked why they told me we have an extra charge that the price if you don’t want you can go another hotel the staff are rude and not professional at all really I had very bad stay and the room that they give has balcony that’s not working can’t close I passed the night awake afraid of someone can enter my balcony when I asked for that they said it’s normal like they don’t care if something bad happens

Friendly Staff. There was an issue with wifi not reaching my room, and the sunday morning building noise..

Hotel was unsanitary and bad and we had to move on the same day would refuse to refund us

We left after first night. My traveling partner was bitten by bedbugs overnight. There is a swimming pool But there is no way i would swim in this. It was disgusting. No spa No toilet paper Could not open the curtains And there was a hole in the room door. No tea or coffee facilities And it is not close to Madina. Bedding was disgusting We had to ask for pillowcases As the pillows were yellow. Avoid at all costs. Dark and dingey. View from window a building sight to rouse you nice and early.
