Had such a beautiful time here!!! The private entrance to the beach was everything!! I would add the all inclusive deal next time bc food was expensive. Our room had a stove, fridge and had fully stocked cabinets! Will be back again here for sure! The only thing that wasn't great was that the floors felt dirty, even after they cleaned the room. Sandals were necessary. Other than that it was lovely! And I appreciate full payment was able to be made through affirm. 🙏🏼

They tried to charge us double from what we originally booked it for, for bringing in 4 children after I had called and asked how much it would be it was the same price I found online. The service at the restaurant was also awful. Bartender took about 30 mins to get me my drink and the whole staff was rude. 1000% would not recommend if you’re visiting from another country. There are way better hotels for the same price elsewhere closer to the downtown area.

My friend and me went for a short trip and stayed in this hotel.no disappointments perfect location and the services they offer. few electrical equipments needs to be replaced . Swimming pool looks great and staffs were so kind and good.

Solid, well kept older building with spacious rooms and excellent staff. Be aware that all rooms face the Bahia de Banderas but also face the main road so there is road noise on upper levels. I stopped noticing it after the second night. The pools are quite warm and the beach is small so no long walks. Easy bus ride to town with taxi and Uber options too. I didn’t find much on the menu to my liking but others did. It’s a great place depending on your expectations. I didn’t care for some things but still loved this place! Don’t skip the massages on site. Treat the staff with respect and they will take great care of you. I’d stay there again. Kudos to Alejandro, Arturo and Paula. (The timeshare crew will want you to sit for a sales pitch - the concierge will call to tell you that there’s a welcome gift - do it or don’t it’s your decision- but don’t complain about it plz).
