AQA 팰리스

Very cute and clean room in good location, not too expensive as well. However, did not receive any message prompts prior to check in asking for the time of check in / travellers details etc. We arrived at around 8pm and the door was locked, unable to reach reception with the bell. As we did not have Italian phone number, we had to ask a kind waitress in the restaurant beside to help drop a call. Only then, check in instructions were sent to my WhatsApp. Normally other accommodations will be the one to reach out to give check in instructions but this place did not, causing unnecessary stress. We cannot imagine what will happen if the restaurant was already closed… we would have been stranded. But the room is still nice so… not too bad. Just make sure to contact them beforehand.

I stayed here for one night with my husband and it didn’t disappoint. Check in was quick and easy. The location was great, both quiet and convenient. The room was much more spacious than the photos, and of course very clean and great decor. Loved my stay!

Very spacious and clean. The breakfast is good， close to every where. Our kids mentioned it was the best hotel that we lived in Italy and France.

I stayed for 2 nights … The ac was not working at night .. Since there was no one at reception I called the emergency number and the concerned person also did not do anything just wasted my time for an hour .. I had to sleep without ac the whole night . In the morning when I talked at reception the guy talked very rudely..The stay was A very bad experience for me .
