Clean, new and comfortable hotel. Receptionist 明月exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended 👍🏻

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Dongmen for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, mainly in Chinese style, which was nice to have. However, there was only one coffee machine, so guests often had to queue for coffee. A bit more selection of English breakfast items would make it even better. The staff were polite and attentive, and the hotel’s location is very convenient, close to the metro station and shopping areas. Overall, I had no major complaints, it’s a great choice for a short, comfortable stay in a convenient area

My room on level 24 was warm though I tried adjusting the temperature Am not sure of its because of the warmth or the bed, I had rashes on my legs that is akin to bed bugs (it looks similar to the ones I had in Bali) Outside the hotel there is an extremely smelly odour. I suspect it's from the closed down restaurant right beside it. There is either a rotting meat smell or there's just something rotten inside The location isn't that fantastic. U still need to get around Shenzhen with a cab. And the staff were not well trained in English. Many of the questions we asked were met with, I don't know. I don't recommend the stay here though it's by the Hilton group. Bad experience
