26.04.20Booked up for the overnight cruise with transport from Hanoi. Whole experience was very good from collection at hotel through to return back to hotel. Scenery and boat fantastic. Food really good quality and staff so attentive, friendly and organised. Thoroughly recommended. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Pre-boarding: the waiting lounge is aircon & served complementary cool drink & water.
Ferry transfer: Keen assistance to elderly.
Whole room facilities: great.
Team 2 Mgr, Bang & F&B Mgr, Smiley are very approachable and responsive in words and actions.
Food: Satisfactory. Chef has taken the effort to make up for our certain special requests.
Cons: No lift & inconvenient for elderly who has stairs climbing issue. Maybe minimize by requesting for rooms same level with restaurant.
Not much on board activities. Not sure if tablets casino games arcade can be provided. Maybe some legal adm can be sort out?
