Nice tidy but small room to rest your head, with basic necessities. Enjoyed the location. And going for a stroll in the evening to get dinner. Easy check in and out.

This is the third time Ive stayed at the parnell pines. Its gone down hill is standards secruity poor carpets thread bare, the bar out the front empty with 3 dudes smoke a hooka no safe box ..... I need to fine a better hotel,

Positives: A large clean and comfy bed, wifi and tv, and walking distance to plenty of things in town. Beyond that, there are a number of pain points which makes it hard to recommend. There are only a couple carparks and it's paid. The room and building are tired and not that clean overall. Water was off in the afternoon due to maintenance. Unmanned reception where you have to call someone's cellphone to access. Paper thin walls. If needed, this will work for a single night. Other than that, I'd recommend bumping the hotel budget this time for something better.

The room is very dirty and the facility is not good at all. Too expensive for the price against the condition of the accommodation. However the staff was helpful and allowed me to checkedin although I arrived early.

Parnell Pines Motel is, without a doubt, the worst and dirtiest motel I’ve stayed in. There’s no receptionist on site and no contact number to call for assistance. The parking area is extremely narrow and on a steep downhill slope, making it very difficult to get in and out. The room itself is tiny—the toilet and basin are so small it’s nearly impossible to wash your face comfortably. There’s no tissue box, toothbrush, or toothpaste provided, and the soap is a cheap bar that doesn’t lather at all. The shower drainage is poor and doesn’t drain properly. Housekeeping is almost non-existent. When they “tidy up” the next day, they don’t vacuum the carpet, change the toilet paper, or provide extra milk—the room remains unclean. The steep car park also makes it a struggle to carry luggage up and down. Overall, it’s a frustrating and disappointing experience.
