25.06.20Definitely enjoyed my stay here - the location was perfect, so accessible both to/fro the main bus terminal and everywhere else we intended to visit (more or less 15-30 mins trip to get to most popular attractions). Plenty of food options nearby too!
The room was a good size for 2 people and we felt super safe in the building as it had pin codes for all doors leading to your room (main doors on level 1, door to reception and ofc to our room).
Staff were very friendly and helpful - they assisted us promptly when we didn’t receive our online check in email which we were supposed to receive beforehand which had our codes to enter the building. Also prepped beverages and small snacks in the common area every morning!
25.11.20 Room size was so small at best it would be 10 square metres only including shower room that also contains toilet and washing basin. A significant mismatch with Agoda description that says this room size is of 23 square metres, nowhere even closer. Raised the issue with the male front desk guy on duty but he asked me to complain to Agoda, I did leave a message in Agoda app but no agent contacted me to address the issue. I didn't get the room in description that I paid for. Agoda should refund or compensate me. The front desk guy looked around on computer screen declaring they were fully booked but I didn't believe it because in the first 3 days I heard no soul from the same level rooms, the guy simply did not want to change room to make guests happy.
