22.05.05 Perfect location! Rooms are small, typical of NYC but very clean!! In fact, even common areas are very clean. Access to 24-hour coffee machine/microwave very convenient. Will stay again!
22.03.17 I stayed here for four days and my keys kept demagnetizing for no reason although I never keep them near my phone. I told the front desk that THE DOORLOCK WAS BROKEN, BUT NO ONE CAME FIX IT AND I WAS NOT EVEN OFFERED TO CHANGE ROOMS. I HAD TO CHANGE MY KEYS FIVE TIMES!!!!!I called the front desk, and they had me come downstairs several times for four days to get another pair instead of coming up to help. There were two people at the front desk every time I had this problem, and nobody came to my room to help me except for one time. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN AND I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE.
22.03.08 We cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was so clean.
The room fit our needs and it was so close to where we wanted to be. It was so quiet and it was great fun going to the coffee room on the 6th floor to just see a few people. There is a patio so some people were sitting outside with blankets enjoying the evening. We stayed in a room with a bunk and we had plenty of room to move about in the room. The bathroom is very spacious. Thank you to the wonderful staff.
22.02.21 Small room, but bed and TV; it's fine. Food and 24-hour CVS all less than a block away.
