아메리카스 베스트 밸류 인 플로리다 턴파이크 & I-95

I spent a grand total of seven hours at this hotel (short stopover to sleep.) The gentleman at the front desk was so nice, and although it may not look like the ideal place to stay at first glance, it is perfectly fine for an overnight stay if you don’t want to pay $200 to just sleep for a few hours. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable as a solo female traveler.

On the Agoda app, the pictures they show are of rooms that are clean and really nice. When we got to the hotel room and walked in, I couldn't believe what I saw, the wall lamp had no lamp shade, there was missing outlet covers the lamp by the bed looked like it's lamp shade was dug out of the dumpster, The room was dirty, the bathroom sinks cabinet was missing the door on it, the bathroom door knob didn't even have the piece that slides in and out when you turn the knob was missing. There was more that noticeable rust on both the safe box and the towel holder. The Air conditioner was missing the faceplate for it. Half the outlets didn't even work and we had only the bathroom light and one of the lamp that worked. The whole place looked horrible. It definitely was false advertisement to the fullest. They should either get that place together like they show in the photos and stop ripping people off with giving them what we stayed in. If we had another option and had money to go to different hotel we would have. I would like to be reimbursed for the stay. But I won't hold me breath

People are amazing and always help when needed

Our room smelled like someone chain smoked in it (it was a non-smoking room) and we couldn't switch it when we brought this to the staff's attention.
