Luna Hotel da Oura

My first time in Portugal,staff including cleaners very pleasant and helpful.Hotel in excellent location with outdoor and indoor facilities

I booked this accommodation for 1 night with my friend and as a return traveller to Albufeira, was very appreciative of it's central location whilst being in a quiet Local area . The hotel entrance is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Try the spa if you have time , Daisy is wonderful and the spa is serene. I shall return at some point as I loved the fact that a little supermarket had tables outside where we had a coffee and local pastry cooked on the premises by the elderly couple who ran the shop. Delightful altogether. 5 minutes down the road we went to a lovely restaurant which was empty albeit 1 family ... although it was late on the staff took us in and didn't rush us but took time to chat and point out places we may want to visit in future. We didn't get to use the swimming pool but I did go for a look. Certainly quiet , clean and on the roof of the 1st floor. plenty of sunbeds also. So, yes I'd recommend a visit here. I couldn't upload my fotos but it is a lovely hotel. Some of the apartments have not been renovated as yet but they are perfectly acceptable and very clean. A

Outstanding hotel and staff especially Douglas and his reception team. I have stayed here many times and each time it’s been better. 10/10

Went on a 4 day trip and stayed in this hotel. staff lovely, spacious room. One downside the room walls are thin so you can hear people next door and in the hallways constantly.

What made the facility even better was the very kind and considerate staff, specially the Indian staff would go out of their way to accommodate our needs. The locals came across as more snobbish.
