I tried to make the reservation online but could not get the accessibility that I needed for my mobility issues. I called and spoke to the client in the office and she was very friendly. I made the reservation online to get the best rate and she was able to get my room on the ground floor. Rooms were nice- for the price and right next to our destination- I would highly recommend this location to anyone.- plus a bonus was the Mexican restaurant on the same property - that we had for lunch when checking in.

The room was very very clean. And smell really good . This was for one night but was really good.

This is definitely a no thrills hotel but very clean and easy access to the Ark Encounter. It was a simple 10 minute walk and dinner was easily accessible at the restaurant in front of the hotel. If you have a few days there I absolutely recommend driving 1 mile down the road to Opas Pizza, Hansies Flip Burgers and the little ice cream shop! You will not be disappointed in this quiet little area!

Staff at hotel were great super friendly. Continental breakfast was nice but a little cramped but they did great for the available space. Beds were clean, room was very quiet. They are renovating the rooms so I was not sure what to expect. Much better than I expected. For the price it was excellent.

This is an old hotel. Looks like the lobby was built off a house where most likely staff lives full time. It’s fairly well maintained but could really be improved. Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy, but clean and stocked. Fairly basic. Beds seemed cleaned and were comfortable. The room is a bit old and tired but typical for that type of hotel and era. Price of *** was good compared to the neighbor *** at ***. But two entirely different hotels. So value was pretty decent for what you got.
