2박 가족여행으로 숙박하였습니다
체크인 후 입실하여 방 상태를 확인하였을때 머리카락등 일부 문제가 있었지만 대수롭지 않게 넘어갔습니다 하지만 2일 연속 바퀴벌레가 나왔고 호텔측에 얘기하였고 보상을 요구하였지만 미안하다고 해줄수 있는게 없다고만 얘기하네요 결국 같이 동행한 딸 아이는 피부두드러기 발생 병원치료까지 받았습니다
모든 사진증거자료와 진단서로 아고다를 통해 호텔측에 부분환불 요청하였지만
자신들은 책임이 없다고 하네요 이 호텔의 이런 무책임한 행동에 대해서 사실그대로 후기 남깁니다
전적으로 호텔측의 위생문제로 이번 여행을 망치게된 부분과 더불어 아이 피부트러블까지 발생한 부분에 대해서 어떠한 보상도 못하겠다고 일관하는 부분에 대해서 향후 숙박을 고려하시는 분들 참고하시라고 리뷰남깁니다
We stayed at this hotel for a 2-night family trip.
After checking into the room, we noticed some hygiene issues such as hair left in the room, but at first we did not think much of it. However, during our stay, we found cockroaches in the room on two consecutive days and reported the issue to the hotel staff.
We requested compensation due to the hygiene problems, but the hotel only responded by saying they were sorry and that there was nothing they could do. Eventually, my daughter developed a skin rash during the stay and even had to receive medical treatment at a hospital.
Afterward, we submitted photo evidence and a medical certificate through Agoda to request a partial refund, but the hotel continued to deny any responsibility.
Because of the hotel’s poor hygiene and irresponsible response, what was supposed to be a pleasant family trip turned into a very unpleasant experience. We were especially disappointed that the hotel showed no willingness to take responsibility despite the health issue involving our child.
I am leaving this review to share our experience honestly for anyone considering staying at this hotel in the future.
