26.05.16Our stay at SO/ Vienna was truly outstanding. The hotel combines modern elegance with breathtaking views, but what made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every single team member we interacted with was incredibly professional, attentive, warm, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.
The location, atmosphere, breakfast, and overall service were excellent. It is clear that the hotel aims for a high standard in every detail.
If I had to mention one point for improvement, it would only be the mattresses, which could benefit from an update or replacement to match the same level of comfort and luxury offered throughout the rest of the hotel.
Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel I would absolutely recommend when visiting Vienna.
26.05.11 The staff was friendly & accomodating. Really amazing room and service. Walking distance to some of the landmarks. Near the metros and trams. AMAZING! Totally recommended. Oh and the breakfast buffet was delishhh

Well located, but the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and there was an issue with the water draining in the shower.
