I gave 4 stars for value for money because I had one night power outage only my room we had to use phones touch to had breakfast one person had to hold the touch another person had to go to toilet and shower about 1:30 pm we came back they replace another room every thing was fine except that.

Upon arriving at 10pm did we realize that the "24 hours reception" was the intercom you have to be waiting out in the cold for someone to "pick up and answer". We waited for someone to answer after pressing the intercom for a really long time out in the cold. When there was still no answer after 15 minutes did we realize that we have to call a local number first before pressing the intercom (refer to picture attached). I am travelling with an e-sim with no local service line to call a local number. This has been very inconvenient for me. When we finally reached someone via the phone call, the guy on the phone call was inpatient, and finally he guided us to the right entrance (there were two entrances) and asked us to press the intercom again. After a brief wait, there was finally someone answering the intercom and letting us into the property. After stepping into property, you have to check in via a machine. After finally getting into the apartment, we realized that the apartment is very dirty. Unclean utensils and there were hair and dirt around the corners. Wifi was very inconsistent, it disconnects you after a short while and losses connectivity. We met other guests in the lobby and they complaint about the same issue too. This was as good as having no wifi at all. There was a bathtub, but you can't use it because the stopper was missing. There's only hot water enough for one (refer to image attached). We're two persons staying, so this meant we can't shower right after the other person is done. We ended up having one person to shower at night, and the other in the morning. Bath towels were also stained and dirty, very very disgusting. The checking out was nonsensical too, we saw a staff helping another group to store their luggages, when I asked if we can store ours too, they refused to help and asked me to dial intercom again. All in all, this place is very horrendous and felt like a scam for tourists. Please do not come and stay. For the same amount of money, you could be staying at somewhere way better.

Está muy bien. Considerar que hay un impuesto de 7 euros por persona no incluido en el precio. Podrían extender el checkout a las 11 como otros sitios

This unit exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen and great location. Staff were very helpful with the check-in process. Highly recommended.
