I had a great stay here! The hotel was very clean and the staff were wonderful, super helpful and friendly. The location is decent and very convenient since it’s close to public transport, making it easy to get around. I really appreciated the complimentary tea, and while the breakfast was just okay, it was a nice start to the day. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Switzerland!

The hotel is strategically located and we got a good view of Mt Jungfrau from your room. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and breakfast was amazing. The coffee and cakes in the afternoon was a pleasant suprise. The only drawback was the noise from the traffic in the early hours.... probably escalated by open windows to cool the room....... something to think about for early risers...... otherwise I would still recommend the room with a view Thank you to the entire team at the hotel for a pleasant stay in your beautiful city between the lakes

숙소도 깨끗하고 시설도 좋아요 조식까지 있는데 빵 좋아하시면 괜찮고 엘베도 있어요! 직원들도 친절했습니다 대신 방음이 안좋아서 잠귀 밝으시면 힘들수도있어요 저는 잠귀 어두워서 아주 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.

bus stop is right in front of the hotel. interlaken west is 6 mins walk. breakfast is excellent. staff gave us interlaken libero ticket which is amazing. and very nice view from our room
