It offers good cleanliness, reliable hot water, helpful staff and decent facilities. Location is fairly convenient with a tram stop right at the front of the hotel. Breakfast seemed to have improved than my earlier stays - fried rice for Asians. Sleep quality was less than ideal - bed mattress and linen was not the best. Overall a reliable choice for those prioritizing cleanliness, comfort, and minimum walking distance from the tram stop.

Stayed when visiting friends. Was a well located. There's a great Italian reaturant nearby too - accogliente

This is my second time of staying here and it didn’t disappoint… As always staff exceptional very clean and this time I had a studio which although I didn’t cook as there was a microwave, fridge and a cooking hob plus utensils coffee machine etc .. Look forward to my third stay

I have enjoyed my 3 night’s stay . The hotel was clean and cozy. The location is good and 8 min away from Zurich HB station.

Brilliant location, perfect amenities, great team
