Good hotel staff very pleasant very clean, ideal for our needs

Room was very old, power plug broken, hand wash bottles leaking, carpet very dirty. Water in bathroom has some weird agent in it.

I had requested for a king bed at the time of booking. I arrived at 9 AM and requested for a king bed again. I was given a room at 10 PM with a bed smaller than queen bed. Staff completely ignored my requests and later said this is the only room available, washing their hands off the whole situation. Terrible customer service.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect—conveniently situated close to key attractions, restaurants, and transport options, making it very easy to get around. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. However, there is some room for improvement when it comes to housekeeping. While the room was generally comfortable, cleanliness could be better maintained, and more attention to detail would really enhance the overall experience. With a bit more focus on housekeeping, this hotel has the potential to offer an even better stay.

Was a bit expensive in the month of July.
