We stayed here for 3 nights and we had a nice time. The room was great with the view of the pools and the sea. The breakfast was great with plenty of selection and dinner changes every night so you won’t get sick of the same food every night. Although, if there’s one thing that this hotel could improve, that would be the reception. Nobody answers the phone in reception so don’t bother calling. We tried calling twice in two separate instances and both times nobody answered the phone. We rang for like 7 times and nobody answered - it was ridiculous. Aside from that, the hotel was great amenities. Wish there was a bath and bidet in the room.

The hotel in a whole was the best for the area. It’s a good job as the area isn’t the best to explore. The hotel is lovely but can’t say that about the staff. Reception weren’t very helpful or friendly, the room cleaners didn’t replenish the tea and coffee or even the bathroom face cloths. They literally just made the beds each day. The dining was very school dinner hall vibe and if you went at the wrong time you had to wait for food to be replenished. Being English they tried to sit us in the worst areas after being seating in worst part twice we declined after that and they sat us in a better place. On a whole wouldn’t revisit there are much nicer places to go in Spain
