A pleasant hotel, ideally located. The breakfast was sufficient. The room was small but very clean and I slept well. My main disappointment centered around multiple emails I sent to the hotel before I arrived, requesting a room upgrade that were never returned

Spent 4 nights at this hotel and it exceeded all expectations. Go for the breakfast option as it’s really good and the staff is great. Will stay there again next time we’re in Paris.

I got lucky to book this hotel and it's great compared to other hotel that my friends are staying (3 of us staying at different hotel). They provide drinking water which doesn't for others and they provide L'occitane toiletries.

After 10 days in France, we stayed here 2 nights before our flight home. The location is safe, in a beautiful party of the city, great for walking to iconic sites. The staff were exceptional, multi lingual, helpful, cheerful, welcoming. Desk is open 24 hours. Room was quiet (102) and there is a small elevator. Bed was comfortable. And-- the hvac worked great, they adjusted it for us at the front desk., remotely. Clean, with all the amenities you might need. Harry's Bar. Opera House, shopping at Lafayette, less than 10 minutes' walk. They have a bar. We did not utilize the breakfast option, but it was available. Again, staff were fabulous. We would stay again.

Loved the hotel, quite location, friendly staff, spacious room and bathroom (we had a 3-p bedroom as there were no more twin bedrooms available, did pay +€50 p/n extra). Loved the breakfast, it was delicious and with lot of choice. You could choose your own eggs and great coffee too.
