Appart City Confort Paris Clichy Mairie

From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The location is ideal—close to sights and transport yet quiet. Our room was spotless, spacious, with a very comfortable bed and lovely amenities. Staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of choice. Great value for money—we’ll absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

It’s written in the application we booked the rooms that there’s AC, but it was no AC. The receptionist said that whole Paris has no AC and this is normal at this time of the year (I’m not even from a european country so I don’t know about this story) but it’s not normal for me as it was hot and not possible to sleep w/o AC. Anyway I paid for a service that includes AC but there was no AC and that’s very for me as I booked for 11 nights.

Just look at the pictures attached to see how bad the condition of the hotel is. The whole room was old, dirty and smelly. The worst thing was that it was stuffy but the staff told us that they had off the air con for the whole building and further said if we feel warm just open the window. The room was also facing the road and thus a lot of dust flew into the room. We feedback to the reception for a partial refund due to the terrible experience but they refused!! Stay at your own risk, I have never once left a negative review before but this was the last straw. They dont bother at all and use a chat bot to reply my messages. I had to go through agoda to complain as they refused to reply me but seems like agoda couldn’t do anything too..

Just about 20m from the metro station, really convenient room with kitchenette.

13호선으로 모든 곳을 갈 수 있습니다. 주변에 없는 게 없구요. 아이들이 저녁 7시 너머까지도 앞 공원에서 뛰어 놀정도로 치한도 좋습니다. 지하철역 짱 가깝고 그냥 가격 대비 베스트. 말안돼요 진짜
