"I wanted to highlight some concerns about my recent stay. The overall vibe was quite off, and the place seemed to lack maintenance. The bathroom was unclean and had a weird smell. The lighting setup was unusual - one switch for one light and another for three others. The TV was also quite small. There was a mix-up with the room booking - I was charged 2100 for a room meant for two, but was told I'd need to pay extra 500 for a single occupancy. The reception area also left a lot to be desired. There was a pajama on the chair, and the staff seemed unprofessional. I had to ask for toiletries, and towels weren't provided. Would appreciate it if you could look into these issues."
