Altyn Eco Park Hotel

asked for a payment when we arrived, was tired and just accepted, but it was a double payment as we'd paid when we booked. So far, understandable. Then we went to the reception the next morning, and they asked us to come back later, saying they didn't have money in their bank account right now. In all, we came back 4 times and eventually left without getting a refund. The refund is still not processed as of time of writing.
