An old villa located quietly between Atami and Yugawara. It used to be the villa of the Prime Minister and celebrities, but now it is a quiet corner as if it had been forgotten. However, the location is wonderful, the view overlooks Sagami Bay, and Hatsushima and Manazuru Peninsula are on the slope below. A former Tatens villa designed by Kunio Maekawa, which remains miraculously (confirmed). The retro-modern Japanese-style architecture is 80 years old, but it has been renovated to make it more comfortable. The height of the ceiling and the windows that spread over the entire surface make the living room like an atelier unbelievable in Japan. The large garden has benches overlooking the sea and a large trampoline, which is large enough for children to run around.
