Location is superb just mins walk to night market, 24 hours laundry shop and 1 eatery just right accross.
Quite safe as there is a uncle guarding the building. Sensor keys are required for open main gate, sub gate and access to level.
Lift is small and close very quickly which is quite dangerous for elders and kids who might react in time.
As the road is narrow and usually drivers will let u alight at main road to walk in the alley. Less than 2 mins walk which is still ok.
