It was not clear from agoda that the hostel only allows Taiwanese to book. It is a self check-in hostel. The staff will send you the main door password the day before to your taiwan phone number. Me and my friend were from Malaysia. We do not have Taiwan number. Spent quite some time to contact the hostel staff when we reached.
