26.05.22The location is great and the building is modern, however there is no air conditioning, virtually nothing in the room, awkward parking, and because it's next to a lake there's thousands of flies both inside and out. I found a different hotel in Tampacsiring and drove there straight away. Finally since I'd already paid I wasn't eligible for a refund and because the new hotel was far away I didn't get to see any of the spots I'd planned to see in Kintamni.
26.02.04 This was a very disappointing stay. The room looked nothing like the photos or description on the app. It smelled like it had been closed and unoccupied for a long time, with a musty, unpleasant odor as soon as we walked in.
The bathroom was in terrible condition — there were many snails inside, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. Cleanliness clearly is not a priority here.
The listing also claimed the room had air conditioning, but there was no AC at all. This is misleading and feels dishonest. On top of that, the curtains were extremely dirty and smelled bad, making the whole room feel neglected and uncomfortable.
The only positive thing about this place was the receptionist, who was friendly and polite. Unfortunately, the woman working in the kitchen was very unfriendly and made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming.
For the price charged, this place is absolutely not worth it. The property needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, honesty in their listing, and staff attitude.
I would not recommend staying here in its current condition.
