The hotel staff was extremely helpful for resolving issues. The vegetarian breakfast options were limited which was only the limitation but the stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was a little confusion about whether I had a fridge in my room or not. (I needed one to store medication.) I asked and was told 'yes' then when I arrived, there wasn't one, only 1 in the lobby, which made me a bit anxious, as anyone could access my medication, but it worked out ok. The room was comfortable and the bed was wonderful. The Internet signal was a bit spotty sometimes, and dropped in and out. The breakfast was nice, several options. I would have preferred the cheese and ham omelette to have the cheese within the omlettee, not a 'plastic' slice on the top. All things considered hood value for money.

The assigned staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! He assigned us to a bigger room and gave us an extra food because the other menu was not available due to Tet season!
