25.12.27For the cost and hype of this hotel, it really is just that - hype. Nothing exceptional about the rooms. The building is outdated and so are the rooms. Front desk was okay, nothing too special.

26.02.02No pool or hot tub the gym was closed one elavator no where warm to smoke I know that's not a real thing to complain about but in below zero weather a heater outside for a hotel doesn't seem crazy.. lobby was lackluster no place to relax didn't feel very welcomed.. I had to switch rooms because the heater in my first room was very noisy made a constant ticking sound. I stayed for 2 nights after my room switch I was overall happy with the room other than my first room had a microwave so I bought some microwaveable food and after I switched I didn't have one in the second room so a little inconsistent but that's life I guess

26.01.22I had taken my granddaughter with me. The pool and hot tub were out of order. The “game room” had no remotes for the three televisions and the fuse ball table didn’t work right. The only other game was table tennis. The wooden furniture in the room needed to be cleaned.
