No hubo comunicacion a traves de la plataforma de expedia sobre que esta propiedad ya habia dejado de dar servicio por clausura por parte de las autoridades de la cuidad.

The place was a nightmare. There was NO hot water at all. They offered me a 40% refund that I have never seen. The last day we were all awakened by the city fire marshal. The hotel was shut down for codes violations. I have been working with my credit card company for a full refund. As of yet, Hotels.com has not refunded my account. This was a horrible experience!
Terrible place to stay. No elevator and tiny staircase only wide enough for you to drag one luggage at time up by yourself. We were on the fourth floor which was exhausting enough, luckily we weren't any higher. Rooms were tiny with bed crammed wall to wall and no place to open luggage. No pillow cases were provided and pillows themselves were stained yellow. House keeping was extremely noisy with zero sound proofing in the room, could hear everything loud and clear outside. House keeping would stomp up and down the halls, and slam doors, and have loud conversations with each other in early hours of the morning non stop for hours on end. At check in we were promised 40% refund on our stay due to no hot water. We proceeded with the stay based on this alone and suffered through days of cold showers. At check out we reconfirmed we would be receiving a refund which reception confirmed would be processed in a few days. After our stay no refund was processed and the hotel have been uncontactable by us or Hotels.com staff who have said they would be unable to provide a refund without vendor approval. Terrible experience overall, do not stay here if you want any sort of peace in your stay.
