25.12.18The hotel is new and in excellent condition. Our room was clean, it was quiet, and the staff was friendly. I will plan on staying here in the future since I have family close by.
25.11.08 Run don't walk away from this hotel! Even the smallest issue will blow up in your face if you, as the guest and customer, have the audacity to mention it. One woman at the front, Diamond, is nice and helpful. She seems to have given up on investing effort into addressing issues and I cannot blame her. The other woman Faeisha is on a power trip to nowhere. But I would guess that she is the only one managing the hotel. There is only one manager. He is a 50 year old greasy man stuck in the past somewhere between past fraternity life and midlife crisis. He was very rude to my wife and equally dismissive of the other couple we were traveling with. We heard him being hostile with other presumed past/future guests on the phone. Don't bother. Get an Air BNB or stay at a different establishment that trains its employees and has management who can effectively manage anything.
