26.04.28The location is decent and convenient, especially for travelers—it’s easy to get to and from the airport. Key attractions like Dragon Bridge and the Han Market area are within reach, about a 30-minute walk or just a short Grab ride away.
There are also some great food options nearby. We enjoyed affordable local comfort food at Com Me Nhi, had an excellent stone bowl beef pho at Pho Bat Da, and finished with amazing coconut coffee at Legend Coffee—all within close proximity to the hotel.
Service at the front desk is a strong point. The staff are consistently nice, friendly, and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile. They also speak good English, which makes communication smooth and easy.
However, breakfast could be improved. The staff seemed quite stressed and overwhelmed handling orders and the number of guests, which affected the overall dining experience.
Overall, it was a nice and enjoyable stay. Despite a few areas for improvement, I would consider coming back again if given the chance.
26.04.18 The welcome was one of the warmest I have received. The decor, the hospitality, the comfort, the amenities. To me it had everything I needed and more!
