Staff was amazing loved the little kiosk in the lobby it came in hand, I was only disappointed with the channels line up other than that it was an outstanding stay I plan to visit again
Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. We booked 3 rooms for a business trip and had multiple problems and received no help from the staff and management to correct it.
To start, when we booked we prepaid for each room to have breakfast...an extra $10 per day per room. However when we checked in, we only received half of the vouchers and were told that a voucher wasn't needed for one of the days. I asked to get refunded the $30 and was told that I had to take it up with Hotels.com. When we did, the service member at Hotels.com called the hotel and was told that there was a charge for breakfast and that they would not refund the money back.
Also, during check-in, the front desk checked me in under a completely different person's room. They asked for my ID which I gave them. Then proceeded to tell me that me reservation was only for 1 night on one of the rooms. After I showed them the confirmation email she went in and changed the reservation that she was working on, charged my card for incidentals and then printed the paper work for me to sign. I caught the error when signing. It was a completely different name...not even close. It then became an issue to remove my card from the other person's reservation.
To add insult to injury, the hotels is dated and musky. One of rooms had mold all over the bathroom caulk.

I called the hotel upon my arrival at the airport and they sent a shuttle for me. The front desk lady was very friendly and gave me my key quickly. It was the kind of experience I needed after a long and exhausting series of flights. Thanks!
Clean room with good service. However, tired hotel that needs a renovation.
Stayed for New Year’s Eve. We were taken care of right away, room was clean and neat. Affordable room and a nice room.
