Ok enough for the money you have paid

Storm came in snow covered everything. Staff responded shoveling snow, making sure every guest was safe. Walk ways were clear of snow and not slippery they cleared the parking lot, drive way so guests could come in and out safely. Well run business, I felt taken care of.

I’m attending my friend’s birthday so I decided to order his birthday present and have it shipped at the hotel, I called the hotel to let them know my packages wouldn’t be arriving there on the date that I’m checking in, Debbi was the person who answered the phone she was very attentive and care about my package so I took a pleasure ordered her a bag of chocolate for appreciation but too bad she was off during my stay it would have been better if I can give it to her in person. Once I’ve got to hotel this gentleman checked me in he was very polite and very kind by upgrading me to Kingsize bed and he gave me the room on the first floor right where I parked my car my bad I did ask for his name. Got into the room the room was nearly peppered, water and heater was working great big television that really have channels the I can really watch so had a few beers and enjoyed couple of movies before going to bed, I’m surprised the surrounding was very quiet, lay myself on the big bed around 2am and next thing I knew it’s 11 o’clock. During checkout everything was fast like checking in and again the lady that checked me out was nice with pleasant attitude. So come to conclusions, I’ll definitely go back there again. If the people that I’ve mentioned in this review came across and read it, I’d like to say thank you for the hospitality that you provided to me and I’ll see you again for sure.
