First time here and staff members very great went above to make sure my wife and I had a good stay.

Great staff goes above and beyond. Rooms could use an upgrade but nothing to complain about. 2nd time here in less than a month:-) And will be coming back!

Mold in bathroom, around mini fridge. Toilet was not clean. Strong musty smell. Nor fit for public use. Did not stay in this unit.

Stayed here for my most recent business trip and let's just say I should have stayed somewhere else. The night clerk was nice and friendly he changed my room due to the fact the AC was out, switched to room next door. ** Bedbugs** Hotel is old and outdated, it is sitting smashed between several fast food restaurants. ***Bedbugs*** You have to drive thru the Dairy Queen drive thru to enter parking lot, my bedroom window was next to Taco Bell drive thru 😑 they could literally look directly into the rooms everything was extremely close. ** BEDBUGS** Some tight big truck parking available. ** BEDBUGS** No refrigerator in rooms they did have a small ice machine in the employee closet though. ** BEDBUGS ** Carpet was old like from the 80s and cleaning could have been better but ok, drapes didn't want to fully close but having people in drive thru watch me sleep wasn't a option. **BEDBUGS** Oh did I mention the infestation of Bedbugs I encountered I got to hotel around midnight and by 3am I was waken up by all the bites I even managed to kill 3 Bedbugs but boy are they fast. *** BEDBUGS ***Couldn't go back to sleep because they seemed to know and attacked again. **BEDBUGS ** Eventually just got up and tried to make sure I didn't have any hitchhikers and repacked my luggage. *** BEDBUGS ***By 9am I was receiving knocks on door for housecleaning and several more times until I just left before check out. **BEDBUGS ** No sleep waste of money avoid at all cost need major renovation and Bedbug exterminator.
