Good location, friendly staff and everything was as described.

Value for everything. Staff are very accommodating. Their very flexible in request. Overall we're one of the satisfied guest. Hoping to come again. And also it was near in the tourist spots.

Very good location near Termini Station, with convenient transportation, a large supermarket nearby, and a beautiful church right next to the property. Check-in was a little confusing at first because everything was handled through WhatsApp, but the staff were kind and helpful. Our ground-floor room was very spacious and comfortable. The kids especially loved the bubble bathtub with lights, and the separate shower was also great. We also appreciated the shared kitchen on the second floor with free snacks. A few things to note: there is no laundry facility inside, the city tax is usually cash only, and the entrance can be hard to find at first because the sign is not very noticeable. We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back again.
