25.02.24We have a 3 month old and a 3 year old toddler so space, cleanliness and comfort are a major deal to us.
Unfortunately the pool and breakfast weren't available due to current renovations. Even though the pool was unavailable it is obvious we will have to return once the renovations are done. We had an indoor room looking over the pool area and it was so peacefully beautiful. I will recommend this hotel again and again.
Also the beds were unbelievably comfortable, the showers unlike a lot of hotels had adjustable shower heads for a more personalized experience.
10/10
25.09.08Have stayed at many Days Inn coast to coast and couldn't believe how lacking this location was. Upon check-in I asked for a 6am wakeup call and the lady who checked me in said ‘no problem’. Then, upon entering the room noticed there was no telephone. In addition, the outside of the electronic door lock was broken, with parts missing, but still functioned. I then noticed the smoke alarm had been removed, although I tented a smoking room. I used the tub the night before checking out, but in the morning, the water still had not drained from the tub from the night before. Then I realized the bed had no bedspread, only a torn blanket wrapped in a sheet for an over-cover. It being 8am the next morning, I was ready to check out and made my way to the office for the complimentary breakfast that is widely advertised as included. As I told the gentlemen at the counter about the tub drainage problem and asked where the coffee was, I noticed the dining area completely dark and no food or even coffee out for guests. No explanation or apology just a shoulder shrug from the concierge saying they havent done that for a long time. As I passed the closed pool on my way out I realized the entire place has just been let go. Disappointing for a market rate room at a well-known chain.
