So I booked the room like two weeks in advance. But when I got there and showed them my reservation number, they told me that someone already checked in under another name and that I did not have any reservations there. Even tho it clearly showed that I did, for that hotel, did still told me that I didn't. And try to give me another room for $100 more. Not every booking there again.

I had an inconvenience because my mom's flight got cancelled, and we ended up not using the hotel. I am so grateful for such amazing customer service. I recommend a place like this, and being too attentive to customers' issues makes it even a greater place to stay.

Great water pressure in the shower! Breakfast was simple but good. Eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. Hot tub was good and the price was right.

Nice place for families but not to relaxing for adults with 99 kids in the hot tub. They claimed they were sold out and charged top dollar but walking around there were lots and lots of rooms that were empty. Plus read the fine print. If you are older there are no elevators. Breakfast was only so so and the sausage was almost frozen. Very cold. Front desk was very friendly and efficient but it was hard to understand.

These location has bright lights shining on at night, even with the black out curtains the bright lights still shine inside the rooms, paid additional to be moved to a different room to still have their light bulbs every where shining at night.
