26.01.28We all like to save money and feel genuinely welcome. The guy the runs BI&S remembered me from one previous stay months ago and that I prefer 1st floor because of my knees. Usually I have to have stayed multiple times before someone remembers something like that. Hospitality isn't dead in the hospitality industry.
This place is on a stretch of older motels in the middle of El Centro. So if you are fine with older motels and how they are, I can't recommend this one enough. The guy that runs it is really interested in making your stay comfortable and the price is hard to beat. plenty of food in walking distance, It's not too far from I-8. I'm not a fan of El Centro [or deserts in general] but if you need a simple cost effective place to lay your head, BI&S in El Centro is ideal . The Super 8 just down the road is a close second and the Motel 6 just off the I-8 third. Further out, I'd also recommend Townplace in Brawley and avoid the Days Inn in Brawley as much as possible with the new management there [was worth it once but not anymore].
25.12.17I travel for work and try to keep my costs down. Often places will make you wait to check in but they were very accommodating. It is an older place so if you are wanting a Marriott, this isn't the place. This is great if you just need a bed, a shower and Wi-Fi. In walking distance of plenty of fast food, a few grocery stores and some small business Mexican food places.
