22.10.04Let's start with the cleanliness of the room, just bad. It had a nice wood looking vinyl but it also had globs of who-knows-what stuck on the floor. The curtains were severely stained. The light cover in the bathroom was falling off. There were black globs of something on the walls, everywhere. The noise outside was just too much!! Kids running up and down the stairs, screaming in the pool area, adults talking very LOUD. The pillows, if you can call them that, were horribly mutilated, lumpy, and smelled. There was no cold water in the shower. I showered in scalding hot water, I felt my skin boiling off!! When I asked front desk to send someone to check the cold water, her response was "it's the Valley, there is no cold water in the summer". Well okay then. To top it off, as I was attempting to fall asleep amidst all of the noise and chaos going on outside, I get a call from the front desk telling me that they have been getting complaints of loud noise from my apartment!! REALLY????
