I believe the photos advertised were from a better time for the hotel. The fountain it showed didnt work and was dirty. The paintings were old and faded unlike what the photos showed. 90 percent of the elevators did not work and the ones that did work still had a lot of issues. Also because of the lack of elevators it was hard to use one. We had to use the stairs which were absolutely filthy, did not even want to touch the railing. It was very clear that the hallways, the elevator and stairwell do not get cleaned. Once we got to the room its clear the balcony was not cleaned spider webs everywhere. The dining room table was sticky there was dust on the lamps. It appears a very basic bare minimum clean is done at this location. We were in a handicap accessible room and a shelf that should have been attached to the wall was done so incorrectly. The screws they used were not in the wall anymore making the shelf a risk. The building to check in isnt at the site its a block up the road which led to some confusion. It also meant we inly saw staff when we checked in and not again for the rest of the stay. The parking spots were so close together it made it difficult to get in and out of the car. It would have been nice when we checked in if they could have given us information about the trolley. If you do stay here we recommend the trolley to avoid the steep hike back to the hotel from downtown. Had we been able to get a refund we would have chosen to go to a different hotel. The hotel needs a lot of work from the rooms to the facilities it left a lot to be desired. It is clear the hotel needs some tlc. We would choose a different hotel for our next trip and dont recommend this hotel in its current state.

The rooms was nice and clean and very roomy. The only negative is the parking garage. If you have a full size pick up truck or a large SUV you will find pulling in is tight getting inside. I had to pull my standard size mirrors on my F-150 in to keep for scrapping when pulling into the garage. The parking places are small and tight getting into. Not a lot of room for people to get in and out of their vehicles. Other than that a nice place.

We had a nice stay at your place. But need to improved the door security and the door itself. There were 2 instances that we found our door unlocked even though we locked it well from the outside before going out. Though nothing was missing on our belongings but still kinda felt unsafe because our room was just in front of the road. The place of the room we stayed at was not the same place of what it shows on your page here it's another branch. The kitchen sink takes awhile to drain. Other than those issues we still enjoyed staying here specially it seems there was a bear who likes to visit the back side every night. It's cheap too compare to other nearby place.
