Location is everything. You are right across the street from a national monument of a grand hotel and a pristine beach. In the center of lively Coronado. It can be noisy as you are on a highway and there is constant air traffic from the Navy activity right down the road. The motel is an older property with character and charm. I stayed there for a month so I had every type of room. I much preferred the suites with kitchen over the Queen rooms. The managers and staff were great but just know it is only staffed for several hours each day.

Cute Hotel across from the Del Coronado. Nice management.We had an upgrade which was very wonderful for my Bday.Efficient great decor, full kitchen. You can park overnight on the street. They had everything except wine glasses.Slight noise from the street if you leave the bedroom window open during the week in the early morning commute.Water heater serves the downstairs too so some gurgling sounds.Otherwise I would recommend and stay again because its so CUTE!
