totally worry it for the price

This hotel is a 3 minute walk to the N/W line, so that's convenient. BUT that's about the only good thing. This hotel suffers from a building-wide breakdown in A/C. Our room's A/C wasn't working, and after a complaint with the receptionist in the morning, they promised to get an engineer to fix the A/C or put a portable cooler in the room, but when we got back late night, there was neither a working A/C or portable cooler. Had to complain again, and 30 minutes later they brought a cooler into the room. But I had to leave my window open for the cooler to work, which meant that I either had to suffer the heat or the noise/smells from the streets. And the cooler stopped working after 1 night (error message). From the street, I could see >12 rooms with their windows open because of cooler units. Furthermore, the water dispenser in the lobby ran out of refill...for 4D3N. The receptionist gave us bottled water on demand, but I'm stunned that they couldn't get water refill from their supplier. This and the malfunctioning A/C... well, I won't be staying here again!

It says free parking but when we reach the hotel only the ones booked with suites are free. They need to clarify that and not misinform guests. They charge 40usd per day for parking even when we are misinformed. The staff was not really nice about it and they were not hospitable enough. I even asked agoda if parking was free and they said it was but we were charged. They did nothing about it too. We feel like we have been scammed through parking .

This is ridiculous that charge me $150 for deposit claiming that I was smoking, NOT ALARM WAS SOUND, not mess was left, i use this room for little 4 hours or less. Everyone else smoke there for SURE THE WEIRD PART THEY SEND ME THE DEPOSIT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT AND THEY REMOVE BACK THE DEPOSIT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, how u send the deposit back and take it back. I want someone from the Management area to call And I will like to review the pics but not just mind some others cause PLEASE I DONT THINK U GUYS HAVE PEOPLE THAT DONT SMOKE. U been overpriced this deposit cause not even on the highter class hotels I been charge this amount is ridiculous My name is *** I want someone to call me

Very nice, quite spacious. Parking available. Close to subways that get you everywhere. Lobby music could use an upgrade.
