I have stayed multiple times. It is a well-run motel whose rooms are not fancy but perfectly decent and always spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, although with few eating options in the immediate vicinity (however Panera and Starbucks are right across the street, and within a mile radius there are many interesting options). Parking is convenient, well-lit, and seems very secure – but the lot is small so get here early. One downside is that it’s an older building with fairly thin walls, so there is potential for noise (although this has never been a big problem for me on my various stays.) I will definitely continue to stay here.

Bathroom was filthy, the room size is slightly bigger than the bed size and has bad odor. The main door is unsecured and without proper inside luck. I don't recommend it to no one.

Excellent accomodations at a good price near Lincoln square

It's difficult to get to city center, it's good if you have flight since it's close to airport.

The facilities are older but the rooms are nicely renovated and clean. If you get a good price it's great value.
