I had stayed here years before, and back then I definitely did not have the same positive experience that I have had upon returning this time! Under the current management, I have really seen this hotel improve and I can't say I have any complaints. Definitely recommend if you're visiting town ESPECIALLY if you have an event in the downtown Spokane area, then this location is ideal. 😊

I had stayed once before, in room #127 , and it was good, for what price I paid ........... But on 2nd stay, got room #125 , carpet was filthy , and with cold weather the heater did not work sufficiently , PLUS "Weekend" price was therefore severe rip-off .....

Very convenient being next to Frank's Diner , and 3 blocks from Grocery Outlet ... and 8 tenths of a mile from the "Plaza" transit center ... The staff was friendly and helpful ... The room was standard for the price , has small fridge and microwave , Hot water was good ... The king size bed , had a memory foam mattress , soft but sinks way down as you lay on it.

Check in and out were easy, staff was very helpful when needed, and the location is great

It is basically a crack house
