The room was quiet, clean, neat, warm & dry (what else does one need?). Bathroom was a little small, but maneuverable. The full sized refrigerator, microwave & stove in the kitchen was available for those wanting to save a little money by not having to eat out every meal. It was a 5 minute stroll down hill to the main attractions, restaurants & stores (a 6 minute climb back uphill). It was a 5 minute drive to the nearest major grocery store. We plan on making visits to Morro Bay a habit and will definitely return to this motel.
