I especially enjoy their breakfast, as I found that many may offer breakfast but few deliver. The rooms are kept clean, and the WiFi and Netflix are appreciated extras. Quality Inn in Kearneysville is my pick for overall comfort, customer service and value when staying in the Martinsburg/Winchester area.
