Love the hospitality and still remain there at the moment and appreciate the faculty for accommodating me in my current situation

The breakfasts could definitely be better! But I bet everyone takes extras so it might make it hard. the rooms are clean! But I strongly advise against not having any food in your room & if you do make sure you throw it all away outside. I’ve had ants where I left some food on the nightstand. But after I cleaned up any food at all there were no bugs. As for the front desk one woman works here a lot during the day and she is just the SWEETEST! But I think one of the woman in management or she works for pads she is Sooooooo mean. Like she’s a giant bully she acts like she’s much better than you. I’m going to try and find out her name and I’ll repost.

Upon arrival, I was refused entry due to having a service dog with valid ID and that I was a white male. My real name was not spelled correctly but all other areas were correct, but they still refused to let me stay. When I offered to pay again with cash at the hotel. They refused telling me to get out of there hotel, that they did not want me or my service dog. I called the Mundelein police and filed an incident report number 2024-00017268. They asked the manager to reconsider, but Miss Patel refused. They told me I should contact an attorney about having my civil rights being violated
