24.10.13Reason I booked this place is the price. Wanted to book extra night but fully sold out because of a big Game on in town. So book the neighbouring Motel 6 which was better.
There were no breakfast, let alone a cup of coffee or water Though I booked with breakfast stated.
The lobby is closed all the time except when we had to have our luggage "stored" but it was just a space near the sofa to park our luggages.
I requested but was turned down - staff to open door to sit in lobby to wait for Uber.
Not allowed to check in early. Was told must pay extra $20 though we just wanted to keep our luggage and then go elsewhere.
Shower top spray and bottom tap sprayed water at the same time. In other words, the knob to change direction of use is not functioning. Of course, there's no stopper either to have a soak ( doesn't matter because most motels nowadays removed them ( to save water). But if Rodeway Inn is keen to save cost, please get the shower equipment fixed - it's wasting even more water ( at least I know it happened in my room assigned).
Hubby informed cleaner the metal towel hanger dropped, could not be put back.
