The single reason I stay here is its convenient location to Turkey Creek and Joe’s. They are rude, there’s no elevator, it’s not in good condition and they always bang on the door before checkout which is really annoying. The apparent owner or manager on dayshift has evil in his eyes and is also stingy with towels and absolutely hates people who request late checkout. Night staff is ok but I always dread seeing the owner the next day:( I hope they get bought out by someone new.

The staff here is rude and does not appreciate the guests. There are three ladies that are always nice to us...the 2 housekeepers that work on the 2nd floor (Jessica and Tamara). They both were very helpful, friendly, and professional on Thursday, 2/13/25, which was the date of our departure. And the female housekeeper that works on the ground floor with the rude55
