Breakfast has limited options but they keep it well stocked. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Guest Laundry was unavailable during my stay which was unfortunate, but there is a local laundromat if you’re willing to pay a bit more. A plus for me was the hot water is HOT, great for a soak in the tub or to wash the day away.

Concerns: - not secure - stains on bedding - no toilet paper or tissues and none available to replace - cig ash all over tables in pool area - no outside pool as advertised and one reason we booked here - freezing cold pool - hot tub not working - don't eat the waffles as either the batter or the tub of butter was bad

We had several rooms. After checking in we found the ability to get inside without a key (which was supposed to be required). Upon entering the rooms we found fixtures that weren't stable and coming out of the wall, not enough towels or pillows per guests allowed in a room, not enough toilet paper (no extra roll), no tissues, tvs in certain rooms didn't work (missing cable box), pool was ice cold, ***NO OUTSIDE POOL as advertised. hot tub wasn't working, cigarette ash all over tables in the inside pool area. Free breakfast is one of the worst I've been to (and I've traveled full time for well over 10 yrs). Was told manager only comes in once a week and staggering "hope" they bring supplies (as there was no replacements for the needed toilet paper, tissues, etc.) There are vending machines but there is nothing in them and they do not accept cash or coin. Horrible hotel and complete waste of money.
